To ensure you receive the full benefit of your Sanguine Spa experience, and as our treatments require dedicated preparation and your therapist's exclusive time, we kindly request a minimum of 6 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
For group bookings and spa packages, a 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. Bookings not confirmed with a deposit payment 3 days prior to the scheduled treatment may be cancelled without prior notice.
Late cancellations or rescheduling (within 6 hours of your appointment) and no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow for a seamless check-in and ensure you enjoy the full duration of your treatment. While we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, please be aware that they may impact your treatment time without compromising the quality of your experience.
